چکیده
TCPs, a small transcription gene family, serve in developmental processes such as branching, flowering, and growth of plants. In this study, the TCP family eucalyptus, which is considered being important for its medicinal industrial uses was bioinformatically investigated. A total 16 Eucalyptus grandis (Egra-TCP) genes were found to be distributed on chromosomes 1, 2, 4, 6, 7, 9, 10 11. Several segmentally-duplicated couples including Egra-TCP-7/Egra-TCP-11, -13 -16, Egra-TCP-6/Egra-TCP-12 -15, Egra-TCP-12/Egra-TCP-15 Egra-TCP-11/Egra-TCP-13 discovered. Egra-TCPs divided into three main clades based phylogenetic analysis, motif structure. While Egra-TCP-10 has highest molecular weight with 47.19 kDa, lowest one Egra-TCP-1 21.68 kDa. Twelve Egra-TCP have no introns. On other hand, Egra-TCP-7, -15 -16 single intron. The orthologous relationships among E. grandis/Arabidopsis thaliana grandis/Vitis vinifera through synteny analysis. Digital expression profiles tissues xylem, phloem, shoot tips, young & mature leaf revealed high pattern. findings study could make significant contributions biotechnology field by providing new knowledge additional information understanding basis eucalyptus plant.

متن کاملPhylogenetic comparative and expression analysis of genes encoding dof transcription factors from Eucalyptus grandis
Dof proteins are a family of transcription factors specific to the plant kingdom that contain a particular class of zinc finger DNA binding domain. Members of this family are involved in the regulation of genes related to a plethora of metabolic processes including stress or hormone response, seed and endosperm development, flowering, carbohydrate metabolism, and cell or tissue specificity. Dof...

Plant-specific TEOSINTE-BRANCHED1/CYCLOIDEA/PCF (TCP) transcription factors play versatile functions in multiple aspects of plant growth and development. However, no systematical study has been performed in cotton. In this study, we performed for the first time the genome-wide identification and expression analysis of the TCP transcription factor family in Gossypium raimondii. A total of 38 non...
متن کاملGenome-Wide Characterization and Expression Profiling of the AUXIN RESPONSE FACTOR (ARF) Gene Family in Eucalyptus grandis
Auxin is a central hormone involved in a wide range of developmental processes including the specification of vascular stem cells. Auxin Response Factors (ARF) are important actors of the auxin signalling pathway, regulating the transcription of auxin-responsive genes through direct binding to their promoters. The recent availability of the Eucalyptus grandis genome sequence allowed us to exami...
